PTO Recording Secretary Position Now Open

It is with mixed feelings that we announce that PTO Treasurer Holly Lopez will be moving out of the district and will not be able to serve on the Executive Board for the 2017-2018 school year. Holly has been an outstanding contributor to the HMS PTO, serving as Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer, and volunteering on many committees. While we are happy that she is able to move back to her home state, we will miss her and are very sorry to see her leave!

In response to Holly’s move,  Stephanie Geier and Kristin McDaniel will shift to the positions of Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer respectively.   In addition, the position of Recording Secretary has become available. The main responsibility of the Recording Secretary is to record the minutes at the PTO general meetings.   Anyone interested in this position should contact Mary Henneman and Alice Waverley at president@hmspto.org .
