On February 20th, the HMS 8th graders will attend the Chicago Wolves Hockey Game at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont. They will depart for the game at approximately 9:30 AM and will return around 2:30 PM. Students will have opportunities to make connections between the game of hockey and the math and science behind it!
Students should bring a sack lunch or money to buy lunch from the concession stands. Please contact the Allstate Arena for any food ingredient concerns. In addition, all students who have an EPI pen should bring it with them. Chaperones will also carry EPI pens in case of an emergency. If your child won’t be attending this trip, please contact Lorna Galandak at 630-861-4703 as soon as possible.
