Inspirational youth speaker, David Flood will be talking with CHMS & HMS students on Tuesday, February 12th. David’s message addresses potential issues students face in middle school and works on refocusing each individual on the importance of dignity, respect, compassion, character, attitude, tolerance, understanding, leadership, and the importance of core values. His unique program challenges middle school students to reach, to respect, and to do.
Concepts students will come away with:
1. We are all alike, on the inside.
2. Thank/Connect with two adults, show respect for adults.
3. Meet someone new today.
We would like to invite all parents/guardians to hear David speak at CHMS on Monday, February 11th at 7:00 pm. He will be covering similar topics mentioned above as well as social isolation and loneliness. He will teach strategies to parents to use when speaking/listening to their child.
